Improve abdomen, leg and bottom firmness with PicoWay Resolve
Excess skin caused by weight loss, pregnancy or the natural process of ageing can be eliminated painlessly and without you having to take time off work.
Restore firmness and elasticity to your skin
The strength, resistance and stability of internal organ support is determined by the number of collagen fibers in the connective tissue. This factor can be influenced by genetics, and when there are not enough of them, it is most commonly referred to as inherited connective tissue weakness.
In principle, both sexes are equally affected and the different distribution of fatty tissue under skin shows the decrease in the amount of collagen fibers. However, this phenomenon is noticeable much earlier in women and is perceived by them as an alarming problem.
It should be mentioned that skin tissue has to be mechanically pulled faster than the skin can naturally compensate for in order for the reduced quantity of collagen to cause the classic symptoms of connective tissue weakness, i.e. skin sagging or the “orange peel effect”, the vein network or stretch marks becoming visible, etc.
This can be caused by gaining too much weight, overeating, excessive physical exercise , a rapid increase in muscle mass, or, for example, a quickly developing child increasing the woman’s abdomen too fast for the skin to compensate.
What happens when skin sags?
The fibrous tissue formations of the subcutaneous region “loosen” and cause sagging skin and stretch marks around the abdominal area, chest, arms or thighs.
Constant fluctuation in weight, with frequent increases and decreases, wears out the connective tissue and causes even young, firm and elastic skin to lose its elasticity.
Flat and sagging skin become apparent on the most noticeable areas, such as the bottom or thighs, even lean people can get the “orange peel” effect on their skin.
In order to stop this effect, women gladly use creams to improve their skin elasticity, and to restore and protect the elasticity and moisture of their skin. However, creams have only a surface effect and do not reach the deeper layers of the skin.
In order to restore collagen and elastin, a more intensive procedure affecting the deeper areas of the skin is needed.
PicoWay Resolve, with its double wavelength module and unique picosecond technology, ensures the firmness and elasticity of your skin.

What is collagen?
Collagen is a structural protein found in the human body, most commonly in the connective tissues. It includes approximately 30 percent of all proteins and is the protein most commonly found in our bodies. The collagen protein is not only an integral part of our connective tissue, it is also found in bones, teeth, cartilages, tendons, ligaments and skin. Collagen fibers have a very high resistance to stretching and are therefore almost unstretchable. This is why collagen is one of the most important proteins in ensuring our skin remains firm.
How many procedures will I need?
Depending on your desire and wishes, this is a personalized process, but approximately three procedures (executed once every four weeks) are usually enough.
How does PicowayResolve work?
The fractional PicoWay laser has double wavelengths, which are 532 and 1064 nm. Surface damage to the skin is healed with the 532 nm wavelength laser, while damage to deeper layers are treated with the 1064 nm wavelength.
PicoWay is the first and only laser to be applied to aesthetic procedures which uses holographic fractional technology, ensuring an equal supply of energy to the whole of the treatment area.
What happens during the procedure?
An “elegant disturbance” is applied during the procedure to stimulate new production of collagen and elastin, returning firmness and elasticity to the skin, while leaving the dermis absolutely intact.
Why is this procedure so effective?
PicoWay Resolve works differently from other lasers, by sending very precise and extremely short laser impulses directed at the skin.
Is this procedure painful?
Different people will feel different amounts of pain, since this is dependent on the area treated and the sensitivity of your skin, but generally, the pain is minimal.
How does the skin look after the procedure?
A moderate to intense redness may be visible after the procedure, but it will go during a couple of hours. You can continue your activities as usual the next day. However, we recommend refraining from scouring or exfoliating the skin in the weeks that follow.
